New managing director at Doug&Partners

Doug&Partners of Toronto has appointed Caroline Kilgour to the newly-created position of vice-president and managing director. She was most recently a vice-president and group account director at BBDO Canada. Prior to that, she was director of client services and an account director at Red Urban Toronto. Kilgour has also worked at Arnold Worldwide, MacLaren MRM and National Heritage Brands.
