Singh joins William Thomas Digital

William Thomas Digital of Toronto has appointed Kawal Singh to the position of vice-president of technology. He will head the technology services offered by the agency. Singh was most recently vice-president of technology at Wunderman Thompson. Prior to that, he was digital vice-president at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide and director of technology at Cundari.
