William Thomas Digital adds two

William Thomas Digital of Toronto has appointed Kevin Flynn to the position of chief strategy officer. He was previously chief strategy officer at Wunderman Thompson Canada. Julia Rajic has joined the agency as vice-president of project management and delivery. She was most recently senior vice-president of delivery at No Fixed Address. Anne Chudy has moved to the newly-created position of vice-president of marketing and purpose. Val Thomas has been promoted to director of strategy.
