CTV promotes Arklay

CTV has appointed Jon Arklay to the newly-created position of creative services and brand vice-president. He will oversee creative brand development for CTV’s 21 television stations and 15 specialty channels. He will also be responsible for brand management, protection and design elements for Olympic marks before and during the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games and 2012 Summer Games in London. Arklay has spent the last six years as director of creative services for CTV. Prior to that, he was creative director of TSN.
