New president at Doug Agency

Toronto-based Doug Agency has appointed Mike Welling to the newly-created position of president. Welling has spent most of his career at Unilever, where he handled brands including Dove, Sunlight, Vim, Becel, Lipton and Knorr. “Everyone who knows me knows how much I respect & believe in the power of great branding and brand communications in building business success,” said Welling. “I’ve been very impressed with the agency’s growth and relish the opportunity to build upon the success Doug and the team have already achieved in their four short years in helping their clients successfully build their brands.”
