Mizuno Canada retains Doug Agency

Sporting goods manufacturer Mizuno Canada has hired Doug Agency of Toronto to promote its Breath Thermo line of sportswear. The campaign includes an online game at <http://www.mizunobreaththermogames.com> that will be promoted to customers of retail chain The Running Room and Get Out There magazine. Players follow a snowboarding course and collect Breath Thermo products for a chance to win a trip for two to British Columbia. The campaign also includes print and online ads in Get Out There, as well as in-store materials at The Running Room locations nationally. "We created this retail promotion as an exciting way to communicate Mizuno's revolutionary technology," said agency chief creative officer Doug Robinson. "We wanted to create a fun, quirky and interactive campaign that gets people excited about the Mizuno brand. We feel our online game is an addictive experience that educates consumers about Breath Thermo technology."
