New publisher at Flare

Rogers Publishing has promoted Orietta Minatel to the position of publisher of Flare magazine. Minatel, who has worked at Flare for approximately 20 years, has been associate publisher since 1999. David Hamilton, the magazine’s outgoing publisher and vice-president of Rogers Consumer Publishing, will remain as a consultant to the company into 2007.
