Hill & Knowlton makes Lopinski head of public affairs group

Hill & Knowlton Toronto has promoted Bob Lopinski to the position of leader of its public affairs group. Prior to joining the agency last year, Lopinski was director of issues management and legislative affairs in the Office of the Premier of Ontario.
