Hill & Knowlton Canada appoints national practice directors

Hill & Knowlton Canada of Toronto has appointed Brian Mersereau national practice director of its public affairs group. Mersereau, who joined the firm in 1983, is also chairman of the company. Celeste Brown has been appointed national director of the agency's health and pharmaceutical practice. Since 2005, she had been vice-president and group leader of the health practice at Hill & Knowlton Toronto.
