ORHRI begins human resources awareness campaign in Quebec

Montreal-based LXB Communication Marketing has created a new campaign for the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et relations industrielles agréés du Québec. The campaign is intended to promote the human resources profession and raise awareness of the expertise possessed by the organization’s members. The campaign, which consists of French-language television and business magazine advertising, is aimed at businesses with more than 300 employees. “For television and magazine ads, we played on three mathematical signs: plus, multiplication and larger than,” said Pier Lalonde, creative director at LXB. “[These are] three simple and visually eye-catching ways to show the differences between a member and a non-member professional. A conservative tone and bare imagery also help to underline the importance of the message.”
