Royal Ontario Museum hires Cundari

The Royal Ontario Museum has retained Toronto-based Cundari as its advertising agency. According to the agency, this assignment brings the entire account of the Toronto-based museum to Cundari companies. Cundari SFP has been handling the museum’s branding and design work since 2001. Cundari won the account in a competition involving an unknown number of firms. “In Cundari we have an advertising agency that can deliver on all fronts, strategically, creatively, as well as implementation across all disciplines,” said Valerie Taylor, senior director of sales and marketing at the museum. “As the ROM moves forward into a new era, their ideas and concepts provided a strong vision that matched our own. Coupled with our long-standing branding relationship with Cundari SFP, we feel very confident with the future of marketing at the ROM.” The agency will begin work with advertising and communications for the launch of the museum’s Renaissance ROM program in 2007, along with campaigns for various special exhibitions.
