Bank of Montreal promotes Everyday Banking Plan

Bank of Montreal has released a 30-second television commercial to promote its new Everyday Banking Plan. The ads shows a man shopping for clothing for his son and daughter. The man realizes he has only one free banking transaction remaining, but the store carries only clothing for girls. He selects a garment from a rack and tries to convince his son that it is salmon rather than pink in colour. A voiceover says that Bank of Montreal’s new program includes unlimited banking transactions. The ads will air nationally in English and French, supported by out-of-home ads in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal. Print, in-branch and online materials will also be used. The campaign was created by Cossette Communication-Marketing.
