BMO releases new commercial

Bank of Montreal has released a new commercial called “The Grass of Greatness.” Developed by FCB Canada, the ad depicts the move of the soccer field on which the Toronto FC won the MLS championship in 2017 from BMO Field to Keelesdale Park in Toronto, where it can serve as a soccer pitch for children. The ad also depicts a young soccer player thinking of the past games played on that surface.

“The stadium lights, the championship banners, the thunderous crowds,” said Jeff Hilts, chief creative officer at FCB Canada. “Every young athlete dreams of playing on the same arena ice, basketball court and soccer pitch as their heroes. BMO turned that dream into a reality for youth soccer players.”
