BBDO TOUTS U.S. BREWERY

The Toronto office of the U.S.-based multinational ad agency BBDO launched a U.S. image campaign this week for an American brewer. The ad push for Plank Road Brewery of Milwaukee is using TV, print and billboards. Its theme is "Against the grain." Plank is the specialty beer brand division of the Miller Brewing Company. It makes Red Dog beer in the U.S. under a licence from Toronto-based Molson Breweries. BBDO Canada produced award-winning North American advertising for Red Dog. Other Plank brands are Southpaw Light and Northstone Amber, two U.S. regional beers.
