Colletta-Sapp joins Mindshare

Mindshare has appointed Joan Colletta-Sapp to the newly-created position of head of North American communications planning. She will be based at the company's Chicago office. Colletta-Sapp was previously senior vice-president and co-director of brand planning at Cramer Krasselt of Chicago. Prior to that, she was the content and advertising director at the Miller Brewing Company. She was also vice-president and planning director at Leo Burnett.
