OMNICOM SHOWS INCREASE IN INCOME

Omnicom Group of New York has reported a net income of $140 million(US) for 1995, a 26% jump from 1994. Worldwide fee and commission revenues jumped 18% to $2.26 billion. Domestic commission and fee revenues increased by 13% to $1.12 billion. International commission and fee income rose 24% to $1.14 billion. Omnicom is the holding company for agencies such as TBWA Chiat/Day, Ross Roy Communications, BBDO Worldwide and DDB Needham Worldwide.
