DDB promotes Jones, Kitchen, Johnston

DDB Canada has promoted Patty Jones and Michelle Kitchen to the position of executive vice-president and co-managing director in its Vancouver office. Jones was most recently vice-president and client services director at the agency. Prior to that, she was a group account director. Before joining DDB in 2000, Jones was at Cossette. Kitchen was previously vice-president and business director at the firm. Prior to joining DDB in 2011, she was vice-president and director of client services at Cossette. Kitchen as also worked at Garneau Wurstlin Philp, TBWA Chiat Day, DDB Needham Worldwide and McCann Erickson.
Melanie Johnston has been promoted to the position of president of DDB Toronto. She was most recently senior vice-president and managing director of the Toronto office. Since joining the agency in 2000, Johnston has also been a group account director and client services director. Before that, she was a group marketing manager at TD Bank and an account executive at Saatchi & Saatchi.
