PS&Co restructures, rebrands

Vancouver-based PS&Co has undertaken a corporate restructuring through which its PS DDB, PS Brand and PS Digital specialty practices have been amalgamated and rebranded as PS&Co Brand Studio. According to the company, the new name “underlines the agency’s strategic, long-term thinking and brand-led approach to communication challenges, and better articulates PS&Co Brand Studio’s evolved model.”
“PS&Co Brand Studio builds brand operating systems for clients that ensure their communications are distinct, cohesive, and will get noticed, recognized and recalled,” said Patty Jones, president of PS&Co Brand Studio. “Our focus is on building long-term brand health and business growth by developing inspiring strategies, designing beautiful yet functional identity systems and bringing them to life with employees and customers, in advertising, physical and digital spaces.”
In related news, agency president Patty Jones, senior vice-president of brand strategy Rob Newell, senior vice-president and creative director James Bateman and director of human resources and operations Nicole Moore have become partners in the newly-created entity.
