Media Experts promotes two

Media Experts has promoted Rachel Arts to the position of vice-president of operations. She was previously managing director of operations. Pina Cuffaro has been promoted to the newly-created position of vice-president of investments. She will continue to head the agency’s broadcast staff, investment staff and procurement staff, in addition to new duties.
