BMO releases online promotional video

BMO Financial Group has released an online video promoting the bank's ability to help small business owners. The video, called "Arash's Day Off," depicts local BMO employees staffing the deli owned by a customer, allowing him to take time off to convalesce after an injury. The video ends with the tagline, "We're Here to Help." According to the company, the piece is intended to demonstrate "the power of human connection in a world of automated experiences."

"Our internal mantra is that we're people first, bankers second," said Joanna Rotenberg, chief marketing officer and head of strategy at BMO. "Our customers have told us that this is a point of difference for us, so we saw an opportunity to put our promise into practice and show how our employees really are here to help."
