GOOD PEOPLE SELL NEW LIPMAN CLOTHING LINE

Toronto-based Marci Lipman has changed its advertising approach for the launch of a new line of casual clothing this fall. In the past, family and friends of owner Marci Lipman appeared in ads for the clothing manufacturer and retailer. This fall, however, a print and transit campaign for the new line, called The Signature Collection, will feature people who Lipman feels have made a significant contribution to their communities. Where appropriate, phone numbers will be included so the public can find out more about causes the models are involved in. The ads were created in-house with the help of Mamone & Partners of Toronto. OverCat Communications of Toronto is doing PR. The campaign will run until the end of December.
