SEARS PORTRAIT STUDIOS GO DIGITAL
By Adnews Staff
There will be no more guesswork involved when getting your child's portrait taken at Sears Canada stores. The retailer has invested $10 million in new computer-enhanced photography equipment. The Portrait Preview System has freeze-frame and digital imaging capabilities, allowing parents to see a child's photograph on a monitor as soon as the picture is taken. The preview system is now available in all Sears studios across Canada, allowing parents to choose which shot they want right on the spot instead of having to wait for days or weeks to see proofs. Sears has also completely renovated seven of its studios, with 20 more planned for upgrading this year.
