Citizen Relations promotes three, adds four

Citizen Relations of Toronto has promoted Lindsay Page to the position of executive vice-president and head of strategy. She joined the agency four years ago as vice-president of strategy and was most recently senior vice-president of strategy. Prior to that, Page was director of planning at Edelman.
Citizen has promoted Travis Myers and Jess Richards to the position of creative director. Both were most recently associate creative directors.
Jon Dick has joined the agency as a senior copywriter. He was most recently as McCann Canada. Heather MacDonald has been hired as a senior art director. She was previously at Grey, Sid Lee, Anomaly and Ogilvy. George Hobby has been hired as a junior copywriter. Grace Zhou has joined the firm as a junior art director. Both are recent graduates of the Miami Ad School.
