GoodLife Fitness begins new campaign

Fitness chain GoodLife Fitness has begun a new marketing campaign called “Fitfluencers.” The social media campaign features staff members of the chain describing “what fitness means to them.” The intent is to demonstrate to consumers the benefits of being active and connecting with others. This is the first phase of a larger ongoing advertising campaign. It will run until early 2023 and will include a television commercial, out-of-home ads, digital ads and social media content. The campaign was developed by Gut Toronto.

“With this campaign, GoodLife Fitness is reclaiming fitness for everyone,” said Jason Sheridan, chief operating officer of GoodLife Fitness. “Fitness isn't only represented by a perfect six-pack or how many followers you have. It's about getting up and showing up. We're celebrating the people who show up and put in the work to be active and then share that experience with people around them. It's the positive feeling you get when you take care of yourself and connect with others so they can feel the same way. That's where the magic is.”
