New Look hires Lg2

Optometry chain New Look recently retained Lg2 Architecture to develop a new design for its retail stores. The new design is intended to provide “a more intuitive customer journey” for shoppers and staff. It is being introduced first at the company’s Quartier des Spectacles location in Montreal. The store also features signage displaying an updated brand identity, as well as a touch screen displaying information about lens manufacturing and a fitting lounge.
“This innovative project was brought to life by tapping into the entire range of LG2’s branding expertise supported by a deep dive into New Look’s consumer behaviour research,” said Hélène Fortin, a partner at LG2. “The result is a space that perfectly encapsulates New Look’s culture of smart and stylish design.”
