Petro-Canada breaks CareMakers campaign

Calgary-based gasoline retail chain Petro-Canada has begun a new advertising campaign intended to raise awareness of the work done by unpaid or family caregivers. According to the company, this is its first campaign in support of the Petro-Canada CareMakers Foundation. Developed by McCann Canada, the campaign includes television and out-of-home advertising. The creative depicts a young couple who find themselves in need of a caregiver. The CareMakers Foundation was launched in November 2020 with the goal of raising awareness of and support for family caregivers. Petro-Canada is a subsidiary of Suncor Energy.
