New marketing vice-president at Maple Leaf Foods

Maple Leaf Foods of Mississauga has promoted Casey Richards to the position of senior vice-president of marketing and innovation. He was most recently vice-president and general manager of the company’s pastry division. Richards will head marketing activities for all Maple Leaf brands, as well as innovation initiatives. He will also continue to oversee the pastry division. Richards has also previously worked at ConAgra Foods, General Mills and Nestle.
