Moz buys Stat Search Analytics

Vancouver-based online analytics company Stat Search Analytics, has been acquired by Moz, a search engine optimization firm based in Seattle. Moz will add Stat's analytical services to its own collection of search engine marketing services. Moz will retain Stat's Vancouver office. Stat CEO Rob Bucci has joined Moz as vice-president of research and development.
