PepsiCo begins Doritos Ketchup Collection promotion

PepsiCo Foods Canada has released a limited edition clothing line to promote its Doritos Ketchup Chips brand. Called the "Doritos Ketchup Collection," the line include a branded t-shirt, sweatshirt and varsity-style jacket, as well as a hat and a duffle bag. One item will go on sale each week beginning on Jan. 31 at <http://www.doritosdrop.ca>. Consumers can also enter a contest to win these items by purchasing specially-marked bags of the chips, which will be on-sale for a limited time.

"This capsule collection taps into our fans' love for Doritos Ketchup chips and gives them a way to show their love for the flavour, quite literally, on their sleeve," said Shereen Yasseen, senior director of marketing for Frito-Lay core and global brands at PepsiCo Foods Canada. "The pieces were inspired by Canada's incredible demand for our limited time Doritos Ketchup flavour. We encourage our fans to check out the lookbook and mark their calendars to get their favourite items before they, and Doritos Ketchup, are gone."
