Air Transat begins Vacation Intervention contest

Montreal-based Air Transat has begun a contest promotion called "Vacation Intervention" intended to encourage consumers to take a vacation. Consumers are encouraged to nominate a friend, family member or co-worker who hasn't taken a holiday for a long time. Entries will be accepted via a contest website at <http://www.airtransat.com> or through participating radio stations until Feb. 4. Nineteen winners will receive travel packages. The company has also released an online video promoting the contest.
