Toronto Pearson signs deal with Astral Out of Home

Toronto Pearson International Airport has retained Astral Out of Home to operate its out-of-home advertising inventory. The agreement will go into effect on Aug. 29. It includes the exclusive advertising rights for in-terminal and non-terminal displays. Astral will also install a number of new media options, including its AeroTV service, which displays entertainment content from various Bell Media properties such as CTV and TSN. Astral Out of Home is a division of Bell Media. According to the airport, Toronto Pearson attracts approximately 41 million passengers annually.

"We are looking forward to our new partnership with Astral Out of Home and a reinvigorated advertising program at Toronto Pearson," said Michael Ross, director of commercial development at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. "Their proposal exceeded our expectations in terms of innovative media and revenue optimization. We are confident that Toronto Pearson's passengers and the great brands that advertise here will benefit from Astral Out of Home's unparalleled expertise and innovation."
