Grey adds one, promotes two

Grey Canada has appointed Ian Westworth to the position of vice-president of planning and innovation. He will lead strategic planning for the agency's Toronto and Vancouver offices. Westworth was most recently strategic planning director at JWT. Prior to that, he operated his own firm and was a partner at Rogue. He has also worked at In-sync Consumer Insights, BBH New York, Leo Burnett Toronto, Grip and BBDO.

Joel Arbez and James Ansley have been promoted to the position of co-executive creative director in Toronto. Arbez joined the firm in January as a creative director. Prior to that, he was a group creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi Toronto. He has also been an associate creative director at Rethink Communications and a senior art director at Trigger. Ansley joined the agency as a creative director in 2011. Prior to that, he was a creative director at TBWA Chiat Day and a senior copywriter at BBDO Canada.
