ACLK HAS NEW PRESIDENT

Esmé Carroll has been appointed president of Toronto-based Ambrose Carr Linton Kelly as of Sept. 1. Currently, she is senior vice-president and client service director at MacLaren: McCann of Toronto. She was holding that position when MacLaren/Lintas Advertising merged with McCann-Erickson. Carroll also worked at MacLaren Advertising before it merged with Lintas. She began her career in advertising 20 years ago with Montreal-based Krohn Advertising. Carroll replaces Martin Kingston who is now co-general manager at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles.
