Flow 93.5 becomes The Move in Toronto

Newcap Radio has rebranded its Toronto radio station Flow 93.5 as 93.5 The Move. The station's programming has also shifted from contemporary urban music to pop music from the 1990s and 2000s. The station began gradually moving to this format last year. The new branding is intended to indicate a break from the old format. The new station will be promoted with a marketing campaign, a mobile application and a new website at <http://www.935themove.com>.
"All of Toronto's radio stations are either playing new hit music, or playing songs from the 70s and 80s," said Steve Parsons, operations manager at The Move. "There is not a single radio station playing the great songs from the 90s that our listeners grew up with, until now."
