Teens Learn to Drive conducts Road Show initiative

Toronto-based non-profit organization Teens Learn to Drive has begun an initiative called the "Sweet Life Road Show" in association with highway management company 407 ETR. The effort is intended to raise awareness of the causes of automobile accidents among teenaged drivers. The touring installation will visit approximately 20 Ontario high schools with a branded trailer containing a collection of interactive elements. It offers information on alcohol and drug impairment, distracted driving, drowsy driving, winter driving, seat belt usage and other dangers.

"We travel around Ontario with the cool yellow 'Sweet Life Road Shows event trailer that 407 ETR has provided for us," said Anne Marie Hayes, president of Teens Learn to Drive. "They also continue to directly support our events and donate gift cards for 407 ETR travel that we award as door prizes at the events we do for parents of teens who are learning to drive."
