Two Oceans begins Sip On Summer campaign

Alcohol distributor Peter Mielzynski Agencies Canada of Toronto will begin a touring promotion today in support of South African wine brand Two Oceans. During the promotion, called "Sip On Summer," a branded truck will visit a series of locations in southern Ontario. The initiative will primarily support the launch in Ontario of the winery's Mascato variety and will depict the product as a wine that can be consumed throughout the year.

The first phase of the campaign will run until Sept. 29. Additional tours will take place in December and the spring of 2016. Tour stops will be announced and promoted through the brand's social media channels. The campaign will also include a social media contest, a national media relations effort and online videos on Facebook and YouTube. The campaign was developed by Your Brand Integrated Marketing Communications of Toronto.

"As one of Canada's best-selling wines, we're excited to introduce Two Oceans Moscato, our newest varietal now available in Ontario," said Marian Stillo, senior brand manager at Peter Mielzynski Agencies. "We've received a number of inquiries about this wine's arrival in the province and we hope the excitement will continue to grow, especially with the Two Oceans Sip On Summer tour."
