Several people are moving on up at Bensimon*Byrne Inc. of Toronto. Bill Parker, formerly a writer with the agency has been promoted to vice-president and associate creative director. Account director Bruce Payne now has the added title of vice-president. Jacqui Ferries has been promoted to account supervisor. She was previously an account executive. Gilles Paquin has joined the agency as art director. He previously held the same title at Ambrose Carr Linton Carroll Inc. of Toronto. Julia Kierans is now at Bensimon as a project co-ordinator
....Steven Rouse has joined Cohn & Wolfe of Toronto as counsellor. Prior to joining the company, he was project and marketing manager for Environment Canada
...David Foley has joined Promanad Communications of Toronto as associate. He also owns database company David Foley Associates which he will continue to operate. Roy Levine is now at the agency as business manager working on the Britdgestone/Firestone Canada and Benjamin Moore accounts. Most recently he was account director at BBDO Canada of Toronto.
