Bensimon Byrne acquires Payne & Associates

Bensimon Byrne of Toronto has acquired Payne & Associates, an agency founded in 1997 by former Bensimon Byrne general manager Bruce Payne. Bensimon Byrne has also gained house building company Mattamy Homes as a client. Mattamy Homes was previously a client of the agency in 1994.

"There was a wonderful karma to the way we collaborated with Bruce to found and build his own agency," said agency president Jack Bensimon. "And our reward is the return of one our charter clients. Mattamy's remarkable growth in recent years presents fantastic new opportunities to apply our diverse skills to further building their brand."
