University of Toronto retains Stephen Thomas

The University of Toronto has hired Stephen Thomas of Toronto to develop direct response strategy and campaigns for its annual fundraising initiatives. The 18-month assignment includes campaigns for all of the university's divisions and faculties under the umbrella brand, "Boundless: The Campaign for the University of Toronto." Stephen Thomas won the account in a competitive review, based on the work is has done for the university's fundraising efforts over the past four years.
The first initiative the agency will work on will be a spring campaign encompassing print, telemarketing and email elements. Further campaigns will take place from the fall of 2015 through June 2016.
