Citizen Relations adds two

Citizen Relations of Toronto has appointed Sherry Boisvert to the position of vice-president and Zaigham Zulqernain to that of digital vice-president. Boisvert will oversee public relations strategies for the agency's business-to-business and consumer clients. She was previously a vice-president at National Public Relations and Ketchum Public Relations. She has also worked at Apex Public Relations, G2M Strategic Public Relations, Cohn & Wolfe and XIT Strategies.
Zulqernain will head the firm's digital, content and technology initiatives. He was most recently publisher and editor-in-chief at Xavierpop. Prior to that, he was vice-president of strategy at The Experience Company. He has also been digital vice-president of Zeno Group and senior content strategist at Critical Mass. Zulqernain has also worked at Draftfcb, Tribal DDB and Bamboo.
