Khandelwal joins Rogers Communications

Rogers Communications of Toronto has appointed Deepak Khandelwal to the position of chief customer officer. He will begin work on Nov. 10 and will be responsible for the experience of the company's customers, including service strategy, call centres, field operations and online channels. Khandelwal was most recently vice-president of global customer experience at Google. Prior to that, he was a principal at McKinsey & Company.
