Braque promotes one, adds one

Braque of Montreal has promoted Rosa Hamadouche to the position of media manager. She was previously a media technician. Before joining the company in February, she was a research assistant at the Macro Research Board. Elsa Badinier has joined the agency as a media technician. She was most recently a marketing project manager at Deloitte.
