New president and CEO at Cogeco

Frédéric Perron has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Montreal-based Cogeco and Cogeco Communications. Outgoing president and CEO Philippe Jetté is retiring from the company. Perron was most recently president of Cogeco Connexion, the company’s Internet service division. Prior to that, he was head of T-Mobile in Poland. He has also worked at Vodafone and Rogers Communications.
