Cogeco buys Niagara Regional Broadband Network

Cogeco Connexion, a division of Cogeco Communications of Montreal, has acquired the Niagara Regional Broadband Network. The company is a provider of Internet, telephone and television services in the Niagara region of Ontario. It was previously owned by the City of Niagara Falls and the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Both remain minority shareholders in the company.
