Canadian Family to move to digital-only publication

St. Joseph Communications of Toronto will cease publication of the print edition of Canadian Family magazine after the release of its summer issue. The magazine will continue operation as a digital-only publication at CanadianFamily.ca. According to the company, while readership of the magazine has increased over the last five years, eroding print advertising support has made the print edition unsustainable. At the same time, according to the company, digital advertising is increasing, as is the online audience of Canadian Family.
