Acer Canada sponsors Blue Jays

Mississauga-based computer company Acer Canada has signed-on as a sponsor of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team. Acer is now the team's exclusive laptop and tablet sponsor for the 2014 season. The agreement includes in-stadium promotions, signage and digital exposure. In addition, contest promotions and social media activities will give away a number of Acer products to consumers attending Blue Jays games. The company will also support the Jays Care Foundation. Acer is preparing a national marketing campaign tied to its sponsorship that will run through the baseball season.

"Working with one of Canada's most beloved sport franchises and promoting the Acer brand to baseball fans will reinforce our position as the leading provider of notebooks in Canada while giving us more interaction with our customers at Blue Jays games."
