Innobec Technologies buys Dium

Montreal-based software company Innobec Technologies has acquired Dium, a web and mobile developer based in Ottawa. Innobec will use the acquisition to expand its services in the Ottawa area and eastern Canada overall. Francis Hétu co-founder of Dium, will stay on as general manager of Innobec's Ottawa operations.
"By adding the Dium team, we are able to increase our presence, expand our operations, and develop new technological expertise," said Stéphane Rouleau, president and CEO of Innobec. "What's more, having a presence in the Ottawa region was the next step in our business development plan, bringing us closer to our clients and helping us penetrate new markets.
