Colour launches energy and environment practice

Halifax-based Colour has brought on Alice McCarron as a new principal at the agency. She will lead the firm's new energy and environment practice. She will begin work on Feb. 3. McCarron will also lead the Heritage Gas account as the client expands its public and government relations efforts. McCarron was most recently vice-president of business development and marketing at Heritage Gas. She has also been Canadian director of sales and government relations at LED Roadway Lighting, Nova Scotia district manager at medical waste management company Stericycle and governor of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia.
