Mitchell joins Maxus Canada

Maxus Canada of Toronto has appointed Kerry Mitchell to the newly-created position of growth driver. She will focus on broadening the agency's client base in Canada and fostering growth for existing clients. Mitchell was previously vice-president of Rogers Media, where she headed women's consumer publishing properties including Chatelaine, Flare, Today's Parent and Glow. She was also chief operating officer of InBusiness Media, a vice-president at Telemedia and a vice-president at Transcontinental Publishing, where she headed Canadian Living, Style at Home and other properties. Maxus is part of GroupM, the media subsidiary of WPP.
