Stirling Communications promotes cross-platform advertising

Stirling Communications International of St. John's, NL has begun a new initiative intended to promote its multi-platform advertising options. Through this initiative, the company will offer customized advertising and marketing programs that will run across media platforms including television channel NTV, FM radio station OZFM, weekly magazine The Newfoundland Herald and the websites NTV.ca, OZFM.com and Nfldherald.com.

"With the depth and breadth of the four media platforms under the Stirling banner, TV, radio, print and online, we are able to offer national advertisers convergent solutions and opportunities unlike any other media partner in the region, with the ability to engage the consumer via various touch-points throughout the buying journey, right down to the point-of-sale," said Lorraine Pope, director of sales at Stirling Communications.

Stirling has hired Veronica Low, previously of Roar Media, to head this effort in association with Pope and representation firms Shaw Media Sales and Canadian Broadcast Sales.
